VISTA’s System Suitability Study (SSS) is designed to clarify requirements, define actual costs and ensure the buy-in of users and management—before the project is agreed. A final commitment to the full project is not expected until the study is complete. The System Suitability Study, typically completed in less than 60 days, provides an accurate and realistic project plan by thoroughly examining and mutually agreeing to scope and resource requirements. Business requirements are compared in detail to the specific capabilities of the system.

The publishing organization is presented with a comprehensive report covering interfaces, conversion rules, potential policy changes, potential modifications and a full cost analysis at the conclusion of the study.
