Applications Support and Updates (ASU) services provide help desk, standard maintenance for implemented systems, and a basic level of support, all managed through VISTA's International Customer Support and Response centers.

ASU benefits customers by supplying guaranteed support services:

  • Support through a structured problem tracking system and defined points of contact

ASU includes standard maintenance services in areas such as:

  • Technical support for issues such as day-end processing or system emergencies
  • Correction of system anomalies
  • Applications-specific, operating systems and programming language maintenance and new releases
  • Basic operations and technical advice for all applications

Customer support is available for North American customers Monday through Friday, during normal business hours, Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays. For our European customers, Customer Support is available Monday through Friday, during normal business hours, GMT, excluding holidays. Extended support for customers can be available up to 24 hours a day through Applications Management Services.
