The system has been designed to help the book trade reduce overheads in the supply chain by improving communications between suppliers and their customers and providing organizations of all sizes the opportunity of the advantages of trading electronically.

Batch.co.uk is a service co-developed by VISTA, which provides the ability via the Internet for invoices to be sent and paid electronically. For booksellers, this means a more efficient way of paying suppliers. For publishers, distributors and wholesalers, this means an inexpensive and effective way of distribution invoices to those who pay them and receiving detailed information on what they are paying for.
